Important: ALL BOOKINGS REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE. The deposit amount varies based on the type of appointment and will be deducted from the total balance due at the time of your appointment. All prices listed include HST.

Deposits for all appointments are non-refundable, with no exceptions. Please make sure to confirm your availability before making a booking and plan accordingly. Deposits are transferable to another date if you provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Each client is allowed to reschedule their appointment one time. After that, any additional changes will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. If you need to reschedule, please check your booking confirmation email for the rescheduling link at the bottom. Appointments that are rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a forfeited deposit and may incur the full appointment charge.

Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged the full amount due. Touch-up appointments are exclusively available to current clients. If you’re not a current client or have had previous work done by another artist, you must book an initial appointment, as you will be considered a new client at Lip Lounge. Additional fees may apply for corrective work in certain cases.

For those receiving permanent makeup for the first time, please be aware that two appointments are necessary to achieve optimal results. These appointments should be scheduled approximately 6-12 weeks apart and are not included in the initial appointment price. Future touch-up appointments will incur an additional fee, and touch-ups scheduled after 12 weeks will also have an extra cost. It’s recommended to book your follow-up within the 6-12 week timeframe. After completing the two required appointments, touch-ups are suggested approximately once a year to maintain your permanent makeup. Note that any touch-ups after three years will be charged at the full price of an initial appointment and may require an additional touch-up at 6-12 weeks.

Consultations are included with your initial permanent makeup procedure and will take place on the same day, just before the tattooing session. Consultations are available separately only under special circumstances. If you have questions, feel free to DM or email me a photo of the area, and we can determine if a prior consultation is necessary.

Once you complete your booking online, detailed instructions will be sent to the email address you provided. This email will also contain information about the location and parking, so please read it thoroughly, as it includes everything you need for your upcoming appointment.
